Maui Ocean Center Marine Institute’s ‘Keiki o ke Kai’ Program

Wild Tribute's 4% donations supported the Maui Ocean Center Marine Institute’s ‘Keiki o ke Kai’ Program. The program introduces high school juniors and seniors in Maui County to diverse marine science and ocean conservation topics. Focused on experiential learning, students work alongside MOC Marine Institute biologists and educators and participate in fieldwork, research projects, and restoration activities in hopes of inspiring higher-level education.

Keiki o ke Kai activities include:
-Field experiences
-Sea turtle rescue and rehabilitation
-Coral reef restoration
-Topics in ocean careers
-Pollution prevention projects
-Service hours at MOC Marine Institute
-Additional aid and support in choosing a path in marine science

OUR WILD TRIBUTE

Wild Tribute was founded to honor our parks, forests, and oceans. We donate 4% of our proceeds to support America's historic and wild places. Our designs pay tribute to where legacy roams.
